This is a wonderful hotel. With just over 40 rooms it is a quiet retreat. The staff were friendly, the room we had was spacious and cozy at the same time and it's location walling distance from the Clifton Hill area is great. The hotel itself has some historic charm, being an old creamery. We took advantage of the on-site spa for a couples massage.
Loved our stay, did not want to leave! Rooms are so spacious, the bed is so comfortable, and the steam shower was amazing! Loved the breakfast in bed. Loved all the little details like slippers, robes, and free coffee/tea. Well located. The service is very friendly. I’ve stayed at alot of different hotels in Niagara over the years but this one is the best.
Really nice rooms, very spacious. Really wished they didn't turn the A/C off for the season. (Or atleast note that somewhere visible before we booked the room!) Room was stuck at about 74 degrees fahrenheit !! Breakfast in bed was really good quality food. I would stay again when the AC is back on.
My first time in this hotel. This hotel is amazing service out of the roof. Staffs here are super friendly. The spa is great. Haven't try the restaurant yet but will try it out. Rooms are bigger than regular hotel the stream shower is fantastic. I will be back here for sure. Price is cheap compared to the quality my room it's looks brand new although it almost 20 years old. They kept it well maintained. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed plus in the lobby there are 24 free coffee and included breastfeeding in bed.
Absolutely incredible visit. Cannot say enough great things about this hotel. The staff are the best! So friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and spacious. And the breakfast!! Amazing! And delivered to your room. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely go back.
Had a one-night getaway here in December and absolutely loved it! Highly recommend. From the moment we arrived, the woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming, instantly putting us in a great mood. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully set up. The fireplace, tub, and shower were all great, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We especially loved having breakfast in bed and being able to choose exactly when it was delivered. I’d also like to thank Nicole at the spa, who gave me my first facial and made it such a memorable experience. She made me feel completely at ease the entire time, and the added massage and foot scrub were a lovely bonus. Overall, a beautiful, relaxing stay that we’ll happily return to. Thanks for having us!
Had a wonderful one-night stay at the Sterling. The customer service we encountered from every member of staff was incredible, the rooms were very spacious and clean, and the breakfast in bed was a nice touch! Would recommend to anyone looking for a night away in the Falls!
My girlfriend and I booked a last minute getaway and chose the Couples Retreat Package which included one night stay, 3 course dinner, breakfast in bed and a spa treatment!! The room was fantastic!! We had the King Suite with Jacuzzi! only downside is there wasn’t a Smart TV in the room. That’s honestly the only one thing I could say that wasn’t to our expectations. Everything else was absolutely amazing!! The dinner was phenomenal and we could not stop talking about it the whole way home!!! For the spa treatment, we booked a couples massage and left the room feeling like jello!! We love this little gem of a spot and can’t wait to book more mini vacays here!!!
